Perk 1: Some humans have been born being more sensitive to supernatural phenomenon. This is the case with zecarayus as he has a natural ability to interact with spirits of dead. This means he can easily see and hear spirits that either want to be or do not care to be seen or heard. Even those that wish to hide themselves, zecarayus can have a vauge sense of them being around even if he can't hear or see them(this does not change if he gets closer/away from the source).
