    So what are the rules on sustained mana costs for spells. I don't see it anywhere? Also what are the cool down posts rules for certain spells? Like how long should it take before I can use a B Rank spell or whatever? I'm probably just blind or went to the wrong section but I didn't see any info on this anywhere x_x

    One reference of mana cost and sustain cost for spells can be located here Click Here Magic Guidelines will be updated today with the new system which will include cool downs.
