Perk 1:
Immortality: Being half demon, Kaiza is both immune to all disease/virus/sickness and unable to age, therefore making it possible for him to live forever. Though Kaiza is Immortal in a sense, he can still be killed.
Perk 2:
Limited Pain Receptors: Light bruises, scratches, cuts, and sprains do not have an effect on Kai besides dealing damage. He is incapable of feeling any pain below the 2nd degree, but damage is still dealt.
